Payroll

The payroll module automates the payment process by collecting data on employee time and attendance, calculating various deductions and taxes, and generating periodic paychecks and employee tax reports.

Attendance and Presence

The time and attendance module collects standard time and job-related efforts. This module offers extensive flexibility in data collection methods, workforce distribution capabilities, and data analysis features. Cost analysis and efficiency metrics are primary functions.

Administration and Benefits

Defines payroll schemes, calculates weekly, monthly salaries, overtime, THR (holiday allowance), and even bonuses and incentives automatically and accurately, including the calculation of income tax (PPH 21). Government overtime formulas and pro-rata salary & THR calculations are also accommodated.

Recruitment Management

Allows the input of a complete database of job candidates, making it easier to sort and select candidate data as it can be viewed in detail and comprehensively.

Employee Self-Service (ESS)

Employee self-service (ESS) is a system that allows employees to independently access their information and data related to job and other resource management matters.

Attendance Management

This module records and compiles employee attendance status, ranging from Present, Absent, to Leave and Unpaid Leave. The system is directly connected to employee payroll, enabling easy calculation of overtime and attendance allowances.
