Yes, hospital or clinic can customize features or modules according to their needs. We can discuss it later with our team.

2. Can we have a trial first before using the application?

Yes. We can provide trial for your hospital and clinic by providing access and a trial demo link from teraMedik.

3. How long we can get a trial?

For trials, we will provide a maximum of 5 working days for Hospitals and Clinics.

4. How long will it take if our health facility wants to use teraMedik?

The implementation process up to Go Live for the teraMedik application depends on the package taken as well as the features or modules added to the system. This process usually takes a minimum of four months after entering into an Operational Cooperation (KSO) contract.

5. How much does it cost to add features or modules?

For additional features or modules there is an additional fee which is adjusted according to the module required by the Hospital or Clinic.

6. How to collaborate with teraMedik?

7. How we can get a trial?

We will give the trial after the first meeting between the hospital or clinic and teraMedik. After that, teraMedik will provide a link along with detailed information for using the demo account.

8. Is teraMedik alredy bridging with BPJS and follow the rules of Ministry of Health?

Yes. teraMedik has been integrated with BPJS and SatuSehat (Ministry of Health) and this has been included in the package that will later be used by hospital or clinic.

9 What about the security of our health facility data and patient data?

From a security perspective, teraMedik already has ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification. Apart from that, teraMedik has also been registered with PSE Kominfo. We will always strive to safeguard patient data and data from hospitals or clinics that collaborate with teraMedik.

10 What features can I get from teraMedik?

We provide features that can help hospital and clinic from front-end to back-end. Everything can be accessed by all units in the Hospital or Clinic.

11 What if there is a problem in the teraMedik system?

If there is a problem with the teraMedik system, the hospital can contact our help desk service which is ready to help 24 hours. Solving the issue itself depends on how big the problem is faced by the Hospital and Clinic. We always strive to resolve all issues no more than 3 x 24 after an issue is raised with our help desk team.

12 What is needed to use the teraMedik application?

For hardware needs, we can adapt to those owned by hospital and clinic. The most important part is that there is a main server and a backup server which is useful for storing data during the use process of teraMedik.

13 What is the cooperation system for using teraMedik?

Currently, the system used to collaborate with teraMedik is Operational Cooperation (KSO). For this collaboration, teraMedik has a minimum contract limit of four years.

14 What kind of packages does teraMedik have?

Currently, the packages teraMedik has are the standard package and the enterprise package. For details regarding each package, you can access it via the Packages tab in the bar above the teraMedik page.

15 Who can access teraMedik? Is it only for management and doctors?

All units in the hospital or clinic can access teraMedik so that all parts of the hospital or clinic can be integrated with each other and make work between units easier. Each staff and doctor at a hospital or clinic will have their own account, teraMedik does not provide a maximum account limit for hospitals or clinics.

16 Will there be any training provided by the teraMedik team in all sections of our health facilities?

We will provide training to the Hospital or Clinic during the implementation period. All units will follow the schedule that will be determined with teraMedik.
