The implementation process up to Go Live for the teraMedik application depends on the package taken as well as the features or modules added to the system. This process usually takes a minimum of four months after entering into an Operational Cooperation (KSO) contract.
For additional features or modules there is an additional fee which is adjusted according to the module required by the Hospital or Clinic.

If there is a problem with the teraMedik system, the hospital can contact our help desk service which is ready to help 24 hours. Solving the issue itself depends on how big the problem is faced by the Hospital and Clinic. We always strive to resolve all issues no more than 3 x 24 after an issue is raised with our help desk team.
For hardware needs, we can adapt to those owned by hospital and clinic. The most important part is that there is a main server and a backup server which is useful for storing data during the use process of teraMedik.
Currently, the system used to collaborate with teraMedik is Operational Cooperation (KSO). For this collaboration, teraMedik has a minimum contract limit of four years.

We will provide training to the Hospital or Clinic during the implementation period. All units will follow the schedule that will be determined with teraMedik.
