More than 100 hospitals have partnered with us

RS Al Islam, started collaborating with teraMedik in 2018. Before Al Islam Hospital operated using the system, we were faced with several choices and ultimately chose teraMedik for collaboration in building a hospital information system. teraMedik is very accommodating, which really accommodates all complaints/repairs/suggestions, as well as improvements. teraMedik really provides daily human resources, maybe even hourly, because we are a real service, directly to patients. The use of the teraMedik application is also user friendly.

RSIA Grha Bunda has collaborating with teraMedik since January, 3 2023. When using teraMedik, hospital operations are greatly helped, especially with the implementation that hospitals must use electronic medical records, and teraMedik has accommodated electronic medical record features that can be used by doctors and our health workers. Thank God, the helpdesk system is quick to respond to all error complaints that occur at our hospital. The teraMedik application is quite user friendly, and can also be accessed on various devices such as PCs and tablets, so it makes it easier for us to access it while in the hospital environment.

We are using the teraMedik application in 2021, more precisely in March. Before using teraMedik, we used 1 application, but this application could not accommodate our needs, there were several that could not be synchronized, especially the finance and warehouse sections. After using teraMedik, many of our needs have been met, especially now that we have entered the e-medrek section. teraMedik can accommodate user needs, be it application development or customization.
